Paint it Orange is an exhibition CAHMA launched on 26th of July as part of global campaign Support. Don’t Punish, Global Day of Action - a global grassroots-centred initiative in support of harm reduction and drug policies that prioritise public health and human rights.
As part of exciting variety of actions that took place all over the world during the week of 26th June 2019 (webinars, development of advocacy videos, street demonstrations, media and government engagement etc.) CAHMA decided to organise a series of art workshops and host an exhibition of artworks created by people with lived experience of alcohol and other drug (AOD) use.
All artwork has been produced by CAHMA service users and supporters. People can purchase the art by entering a silent bidding process.
ART SALES bidding form
If you want to buy an artwork you can participate in the silent auction by filling out the ART SALES bidding form.
The highest bidder for each artwork will be the successful purchaser.
In the event that two people bid the same amount, a name will be drawn out of a hat.
Successful bidders will be notified by our art team, and arrangements made for cash payment and collection of artwork
Unsuccessful bidders will not be notified
If we can't contact the highest bidder in a timely manner, the next highest bidder will be offered the artwork
Note that we can only accept cash and the entire sale amount is passed on to the artist.
Thanks for your support.
